      <image:title>About - Hi, I’m Patty McManamee.</image:title>
      <image:caption>My personal health journey started over 20 years ago when I was struggling with acne, chronic back pain, low self-esteem, GI issues, and sciatica. I went to conventional doctors, chiropractors, and acupuncturists, but continued to experience negative health. My chronic pain led me to feeling hopeless and powerless, and I felt as if I was headed toward living my later years in a wheelchair. And then I found natural health. I empowered myself with information and knowledge that changed my life forever. I no longer live with chronic pain and negative health symptoms. Now, I’m full of empowerment, vibrancy, and freedom, and living my life fully. Over the past 20 years, I have learned about natural remedies for health using foods, herbs, supplements, and mind-body therapies. This inspired me to go to school and become an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I continued my studies and received my Masters in Clinical Nutrition and Integrative Health and became board certified as a nutrition specialist. I want to share this information with the world and let others know they too can change their lives.  I would be remiss in not mentioning my favorite career of motherhood. I have been able to raise my 3 sons without relying on over-the-counter medications, pharmaceutical drugs, or antibiotics. I relied on whole, nutrient-dense meals, plant-based medicines, and lots of love and connection. They are thriving in school, athletics, and mental health. In today’s environment, this is a great accomplishment. Nutrition and lifestyle interventions are the cornerstone to wellness.
