My Approach
I love to empower people to take charge of their own health outcomes through nutrition, stress management, sleep, movement, and mind-body connection. Health and wellness is about feeling whole, balanced and connected. It’s about being able to engage in life fully with energy and purpose. It’s about experiencing emotional balance in order to move through time with joy, motivation, and resilience.
Most of my clients come to me to lose weight, and we often discover other health issues that are causing the weight loss resistance, such as, chronic inflammation, chronic stress, toxic overload, and gastrointestinal issues. It’s my goal to understand someone's whole health story and discover the root cause of some of their health issues. I provide individualized treatment plans for each of my clients, and I allow them to decide what they are ready to take on with my support, expert guidance, and counseling.
The body is amazing in every way. It has an innate desire and ability to heal and maintain balance when given positive signaling through nutrient-dense foods, positive mindset, healthy relationships, love, connection, movement, and sleep. These types of healthy signaling allow the body to remain in the parasympathetic arm of the Autonomic Nervous System of resting, digesting, and healing. Ultimately, the body wants to feel safe and secure in order to thrive and grow. This is where health happens.
