• Initial Consultation 250

    The initial consultation is a 60-90 minute session discussing your current health goals and desires, reviewing your health history, participating in a Nutrition Focused Physical Exam, and discussing 2-3 goals to focus on before the next session.

  • Follow-Up Sessions | $175

    The Follow-Up sessions last around 60 minutes reviewing successes and difficulties during the time since the initial consultation and other previous sessions. A Nutrition Focused Physical Exam will occur as well as a review of current goals. Each visit will entail personalized education on nutrition, supplementation, and integrative health as well as personalized goals to achieve in order to reach health goals. Menu planning and troubleshooting any barriers occurs in these sessions.

  • Mini-Session Follow-Up | $150

    45 minutes long and best for clients who are already on their health journey, but need continued support and check-ins on a regular basis, but do not require a full hour session.

  • New Client Package | $500

    If you are curious about nutritional counseling, but not sure if you want to commit to anything long-term, give this package a try. It includes one 90 minute Initial Consultation and 2 Follow-Up visits. This is a $100 discount.

    If you feel like you want to continue, look into the other packages for maintenance.

  • 4 Mini Follow-Up Sessions | $500

    Continue working with me for additional 4 mini follow-up (45 minutes) sessions to be used within a year.

  • Cooking Demo | $250

    We spend two hours learning how to make healthy, nutrient-dense foods; such as, fermented vegetables, bone broth, entrees, and a variety of salads.

  • Group or Corporate Workshops | Starts at $1200

    I hold a virtual or in-person wellness workshop for your organization or business. After the group session, I can meet one-on-one with individuals who are interested. The goal is to make it convenient and easy to see a Nutritionist during work hours.
